Important:

  • Watch the Nutrition Seminar recording before your Monday start date of the 12 week program.
  • Read the REAL NUTRITION book prior to beginning the 12 week program.

STEP 2 –BEGIN LOGGING IN THE DIGITAL FOOD/CARDIOVASCULAR LOG

  • CLICK HERE to sign up for your Online Food Log prior to the Monday start date of the 12 Week Challenge.
    • After you create your account, you are ready to begin logging on the Monday start date of the 12 Week Challenge. Do not log prior to the Monday start date.
    • For easy access to your Online Food Log, on your cell phone, tablet or computer, bookmark this link: nutrition.realresultsfitness.com
  • CLICK HERE to download the instructions to your Online Food Log.
STEP 3 – REAL RESULTS FITNESS WAIVER

  • Please be on the lookout for a separate email from DocHub requesting to complete the Liability waiver. Prior to your beginning the 12 Week program, you are required to sign the waiver electronically in order to participate.

STEP 4 – DOWNLOAD THE FOLLOWING APPS

ZOOM SETUP ON YOUR DEVICE FOR WEEKLY NUTRITION MEETING

    • For weekly meetings, best is to use your laptop, 2nd best a tablet/iPad and 3rd best a cell phone.
      • CLICK HERE to Download Zoom.
        • Click on the Download button under Zoom Client for Meetings.
  • CLICK HERE to join and request access to the Facebook REAL NUTRITION 12 WEEK CHALLENGE TEAM & the REAL NUTRITION recipe database.
    • Please allow 24 hours for the approval process to be completed.
STEP 5 – ATTENDING YOUR WEEKLY MEETING

  • Once the 12-Week Challenge begins on a Monday, you will then begin attending your 1st 30-minute Weekly Nutrition Meetings.
  • Your Coach that is assigned to you for the 12 weeks or a REAL RESULTS representative will confirm the start date of your Weekly Nutrition Meetings. Your weekly meetings will be scheduled out for the entire 12 weeks.
  • Please show 5 minutes early to the Meeting, which will occur on ZOOM.
  • Each week you will receive a new link to the meeting sent to your email 24 hours in advance. You will also receive additional reminders for the meetings.
  • Notify us at nutrition@realresultsfitness.com if you don’t receive a link 12 hours before the scheduled Weekly Nutrition Meeting occurs or ask your coach for the link to the meeting.
