Important

  • Watch the Nutrition Seminar recording before your Monday start date of the 12 week program.

STEP 2 –BEGIN LOGGING IN THE DIGITAL FOOD/CARDIOVASCULAR LOG

  • Important – choose the Monday start date to begin the program and begin logging on that day

STEP 3 – CLICK HERE to sign the REAL RESULTS Fitness waiver Prior to your beginning the 12 week program, you are required to sign the waiver electronically in order to participate. 

STEP 4 –SCHEDULE YOUR WEEKLY MEETING & YOUR PROGRAM START DATE

Your 12 week program begins on the Monday of your choosing and your 1st Weekly Nutrition Meeting occurs on the day/time based on the options available (beginning the week of your Monday start date you choose). Times listed are PST*

  • Each week you will receive a new link sent to your email for the Weekly Nutrition Meeting 24 hours in advance. You will also receive additional reminders for the Weekly Nutrition Meeting. 
  • Please show 5-10 minutes early to your meeting. If you cannot attend the Weekly Nutrition Meeting, reschedule to a different meeting that week. You will receive a recording of the meeting. 
  • Notify us at nutrition@realresultsfitness.com if you don’t receive a link 12 hours before the scheduled Weekly Nutrition Meeting occurs. Or ask your coach for the link to the meeting. 

STEP 5 – DOWNLOAD THE FOLLOWING APPS

    • For weekly meetings, best is to use your laptop, 2nd best a tablet/iPad and 3rd best a cell phone.
