Our award-winning REAL Cross Training classes are designed to push your mind, body, and spirit to new highest.


Classes run 50 minutes to an hour and accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. Our programming is designed to help people tap into their athletic potential regardless of fitness or body type in a safe, fun and supportive way.


Classes touch on all aspects of athleticism. Flexibility, Speed, Agility, Stamina, Stability, Endurance, Power, Strength, Quickness, Precision, Re-activeness, Coordination and building mental toughness.
