Our Real Cardio class is designed to supplement our REAL Cross training class.
This fast-paced, high-intensity class is divided into blocks of work to keep your body moving for 60 minutes with designated short rest periods. During Real Cardio, you will be coached through various intensities and protocols such as Tabata, HITT, and interval training. All levels of fitness welcomed.
