Post workout snacks/meals are essential for recovery. This smoothie is the perfect snack.

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • (optional) 1tbsp coconut flakes

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

If you’re on our Real 90 program, only use half of the banana.
