The REAL KICKSTART is a three part nutrition-based program that focuses on creating a lifestyle change through behavioral modification and meal planning, and accompanies a balanced fitness program.
3 Sections (4 weeks each)
- Each section consultation will include an Inbody Test & Assessment that matches the section
- 3 half-hour weekly check-ins
- Each aspect of the program builds upon the previous
- Successful completion of all aspects of the program is required
REAL KICKSTART: Behavior Changes
- Focus on forming healthy habits
- Must attend at least 3 REAL RESULTS classes a week
- Grocery lists, portion size guide, and how to make a REAL meal will be given
REAL NUTRITION: Nutrition Change
- Educational focus on meal planning.
- Customized Meal Plan will be provided
REAL RESOLUTION: Fitness Change
- Fitness tests will be utilized to assess fitness change
- Add one more class a week OR PT session(s)
