Heather Soto was one of REAL RESULTS Fitness’ first members. I’m proud to tell her weight loss story through The Baby, The Beard and The Barbell. She meets the requirements when it comes to The Baby and The Barbell and as far as The Beard, replace it with “The Badass” and you have check marks across the board. – Francis

“Now I am healthy. I am strong. I am fierce.”

Heather - One Tough Mama Heather Soto, a successful interior designer and mother of two boys ages four and two, has completed life-changing weight loss transformations not only once or twice, but three times. Over the last nine years Heather has embarked on three separate weight loss journeys with REAL RESULTS Fitness – each more successful than the previous.

Just this spring, Heather shed 40 pounds and as a mother of two is as stunning as ever, a great role model and fit enough to keep up with her boys.

“Somewhere along the way I had lost my fierceness,” said Heather. “Life got busy with two babies and a thriving business and I lost it. REAL RESULTS helped me get it back. I needed more than a scheduled workout to make my comeback and I found much more than that with the 90-day program. Now I am healthy. I am strong. I am fierce.”

Prior to becoming a mom, as a 31-year-old interior designer working on major local and national projects, Heather realized her health needed a redesign. She dedicated herself, put in the time and hard work to get healthy and lost 29 pounds in three months.

Then Heather became a mother to Lincoln (now four) and had to start her fitness journey all over again. She rededicated herself, put in early mornings and in three months lost 35 pounds. It was the third chapter of her fitness story that occurred this spring, after having her second son, Rockwell (now two). Like all great mothers, Heather is resilient. She’s become a staple at the 5:45 a.m. class Monday through Friday, daring everyone else to keep up.
