Workout begins with a Dynamic warm up then goes right into the session
Workout style is H.I.T.T. (high intensity interval training
Workouts are cardio oriented, high energy and full-body
Never the same workout twice
Our Coaches adjust workout intensity for the beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser.
All you need is a laptop/desktop, tablet or cell phone and Internet service
Best is to use a dumbbell. No dumbbell? Use a household item instead
(EX: 10 or 15 pound plastic tub of Kitty litter with a handle.)
