For a very long time, I dreamed of being healthy and fit. In high school I played a couple of sports track, swimming and was reasonably fit. But I started to gain a significant amount of weight when I reached my 20s.

At age 21, I was 152 pounds. That’s a lot on my little five-foot, two-inch frame. And it was unacceptable in my eyes. I made the decision to change my life and get back into shape. Then I became pregnant with my son. I knew this would only delay my fitness plan, not end it, but I did get up to a whopping 200 pounds. My knees and back hurt. None of my clothes fit. I was completely miserable. Ten weeks after my son was born, I was down to a somewhat healthier 170 pounds. But I knew there was still serious work to be done. That’s when I called Paul.

I got his number from a co-worker who’d been following his program for three months. I hadn’t seen my friend while I was on maternity leave, and when I returned to work, I was amazed at how shed changed for the better. Shed started at 140 pounds, and three months later was 120 and had dropped her body fat 10 percentage points.

I was inspired to achieve the same impressive results she had. I called Paul the very next day.

When I first met him, I was nervous. I had never worked with a professional trainer before, so I didn’t know what to expect. And of course I was extremely out of shape. At the time, climbing a flight of stairs left me wheezing and wanting to lie down. Paul recognized the fact that I was athletically challenged. He worked with me and encouraged me while at the same time never letting me make excuses. Participating in Paul’s fitness program was the hardest physical challenge I’ve ever endured, but definitely the most worthwhile.

Every day I made choices. Some days I made bad choices with my diet or exercise plan, and I felt bad because of it. But on the days I made wise choices, I felt amazing like I could accomplish anything. When I did everything Paul instructed me to do including four to six hours of cardio and three half-hour sessions with Paul each a week…I saw results. Fast. The weight, inches and fat just started melting off!

This program not only transforms your body, but also your mind. Cant is no longer an option. You realize that you’re stronger than you know. All you have to do is want it.

Well it all started with my wife Stephanie a few years back in 2009. She inspired me with her determination to lose weight. She had done the Weight Watchers programs for about 6 months and lost about 40 pounds and then she started to train to run in the Las Vegas Rockin Roll 1/2 marathon. So over the next year I watched her lose weight and start to get more physical fit while I stayed nice and plump at 5’11 and 250lbs. So January 2011 I joined her and her running group. I met some really nice people who had been though the program with Paul just recently and were in great shape (Mark Thompson and ted Caldwell). And they told us all about the Real Results program and taught us all about their food prep each week that they learn from Paul. But that all sounded so extreme and I was not sure I was up for that kind of regime.

So for about the next year I was running and trying to eat better I lost about 25 pounds and was able to keep it off but I just could not seem to lose anymore. So my friend Mark Thompson who went through the program with Paul kept encouraging me to come down to the gym and check it out. So after a month of inviting me, I finally went down to the gym. I talked with Paul and we tried it out for a few weeks and then we committed to the 12 week program. We had a goal in mind of what we wanted to reach during that time. It was tough. We had to change diet, the way we thought, set goals, and stay accountable.

Paul was always positive and was always checking our books to make sure we were on track with our goals. We were committed; we went 3 days a week 6am without fail. We also did our extra cardio on the off days. And I was training for a 1/2 mile swim in Sprint Triathlon relay. So I was swimming 1/2mile in the pool 2 day a week too. Both Stephanie and I decided to extend our Goal date to 20weeks which would end right after our 20yr anniversary. We had good days and bad days, but always strived to be better after a bad day. The results were real and I am so glad that I was able to overcome my fears and do it anyway.
I started out at 42yrs old 215lbs 29% body fat and metabolic age of 65. My end results at 42 yrs. old 183lbs 16% body fat and metabolic age of 25. I now know what I have to do to maintain this new life goal and I Could not have done it without Paul and the Real Results Fitness team.

I am now a firm believer in the food prep process. Every week prep your meals it will save your life.

My mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1998. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 4 years later in May of 2002. I saw my mother’s health steadily decline from a vibrant active woman who loved running and swimming to a person who now relies on an electric wheelchair for mobility. I knew my health was heading in the same direction as my mother’s when I reached 190lbs in 2009 and couldn’t walk to the end of my block without being completely out of breath and needing a break. My neurologist informed me that the only way to stay out of that wheelchair was to stay active and to lose 65 lbs. So I joined the weight watchers program and a running club. I was on a mission to lose weight. Soon after that I completed my first 1/2 marathon and was encouraged by my mother to start swimming and biking as well, and low and behold a triathlete was born. Oct 22nd 2011 was my first triathlon and I have done several since then. My weight loss and fitness journey started with weight watchers in 2009 where I experienced great weight loss success but didn’t see a significant change in my body or fitness level even after losing 40lbs.

My husband and I were introduced to the Real Results program by our best friends Mark Thompson and Ted Caldwell who have achieved great success with Real Results, and when I saw their before and after body transformation photos I was an instant believer. My husband and I then decided to commit to the 12 week program, and our life has never been the same. We work out with our trainer Paul 3 days a week faithfully, and learned the importance of food prep, preparing all your meals for the entire week, the only way to stay truly committed to the meal plan.

My Dr.’s are very happy with my progress and how my new lifestyle has helped to reverse some of the effects of the Multiple Sclerosis on my brain and that I should never give up training and competing in triathlons.

Oh yeah, I also reached that weight loss goal in October of 2012, 123lbs. YAY ME!!

Paul’s program was ideal for me. Personally I found the most beneficial part of the program to be that as you become more structured in the approach to dieting the more your outlook changes to wanting to become healthier than when you started. I now understand how to live a healthier lifestyle when it comes to eating the foods I love, while still enjoying the occasional cheat meal which he allows. I’m a firm believer after going through this program that you will become what you put into it. The results are limitless if you are motivated! After having been a collegiate athlete at one point, and seeing the results I’ve gotten I’m certainly an advocate for this program. Paul does an excellent job in pushing you as a trainer and also being a great friend who looks out for your best interests. As far as selecting a trainer and his/her program, I couldn’t have asked for a better fit for me.

When I followed Paul’s program, it provided serious results. Paul has created a proven system that has helped me understand I needed a life changing diet and exercise alteration, not just a quick fix weight loss scam. After supplements, Atkins, and body cleansing, I lost weight quickly, but I always managed to fall off the wagon and then gain even weight back even faster.

The Real Results program was the best I have ever done. I had tried a few commercial diets and nothing worked for me for very long. The reason for that was “They were DIETS!” Paul’s Real Results put me in the right direction of a “lifestyle” change.

While the workouts were tough as heck, I really liked that Paul got me focused and gave me reason not to give up. He is a true motivator and made me feel very guilty when I slipped up. (Disclaimer: I asked him to be hard on me)
I performed best when I played sports in school and asked him to treat me like a coach of any sport would treat his best player.

I gained in knowledge what I lost in weight. I keep up with the program now on my own and stick to a low sodium lifestyle. Living in New York now makes it difficult, so if I do have an off day, there are plenty of stairs in this city to work off the extra calories before the day is over.

As a longtime runner (and sometime dieter) I knew in a general way what it took to get fit — I’d done it before, going from about 180 lbs. down to 140 after college. But that’s not the same thing as making it happen.

When I met Paul, I’d already trimmed down from another peak of 180 lbs. to a healthier 160. But there I got stuck — the pounds weren’t coming off like they had when I was in my 20s. I was a cardio Queen, in the gym 4 to 5 times a week doing group classes and weight training. But I didn’t see the results I wanted (smaller waist and thighs.) Kris McMillian introduced me to her trainer Paul Rosenberg of Results Unlimited. I thought all I needed was more cardio, but that was only the half of it. Paul put me on a diet consisting of 4 to 5 small meals a day which included lean proteins, low glycemic carbs, and a lot of vegetables.

I knew I had to change my whole lifestyle.

I wrote in a journal everyday about every exercise I did and every piece of food I ate. We went over the log weekly and I was held accountable for my actions and praised for my accomplishments. After four months of training I went from weighting 131 lbs. to weighting 115 lbs., and I saw all my whole body shrink. I still can’t believe the results when I look in the mirror. I still live the same lifestyle to maintain and improve on what I have accomplished and now I plan to compete in a Figure competition.

In October of 2005 I threw my back out by digging in my backyard. The pain was unbearable, and it was making me feel depressed. It was at that time I knew that my body was completely out of shape, and in a very poor physical state. I got tired easily, and I was unable to pull my own weight around. Within one week I decided that I was going to stop wasting time, and joined LVAC. I weighed in at 230 lbs, completely out of shape, and I didn’t know where to begin. I was so unhappy with myself and I was much unguided. That’s when a fellow DJ friend of mine (DJ Presto One) introduced me to Paul Rosenberg. I have had personal trainers before, but all I can say is that Paul Rosenberg is without a doubt one of the best personal trainers in Las Vegas. Without Paul I would have never achieved the physical condition that I am in today.

In just 3 months (12 Weeks) I lost a total of 50lbs, and my self confidence sky rocketed. Now that I weigh in at 180, I get more respect from the people that I work with. Everybody that knew the way I looked before are in complete shock of my quick transformation. Thanks to Paul I now feel the same way I did 10 years ago.
