Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Chef Sonia El-Nawal gives us her healthy recipe of a tasty omelet. A great pre and post workout meal.
egg whites with kale and swiss chard


¼ cup black kale

¼ cup swiss chard

1/8 red onion

3-egg white

½ tsp olive oil or coconut oil

Prepare the vegetables; wash and cut them thinly. In a 6 inch sauté pan, add the olive oil or coconut oil and greens. Keep cooking for 3 mins. Splash with a tbs of water; let steam.

Remove vegetables to plate. Add onions and sauté for 2 mins. Beat egg whites then pour on top of onion. Cook to make your omelet. Serve with greens.

Add cracked black pepper for taste.
