I love what REAL RESULTS stands for. I love the inspiration I feel every time I walk through the door. This inspiration doesn’t only come from the power wall and from the energy in the classes, but from my co-workers, the owners and the clients. Everything about REAL RESULTS inspires and makes me excited to be there.”

Meet Cassandra McCarty, REAL Results Fitness coach originally from Texas, previous resident of the amazon, formerly in gymnastics and a well-rounded Fitness Enthusiast filled with plans to travel internationally.

Cassandra is an energetic, pigeon yoga-pose fan that is on her personal path to help others find faith in fitness, just as she has. Her surroundings have always been around cold weather, snow and long-sleeve everything. So when her Linkedin profile assisted an upscale Las Vegas housing community in finding her, she decided to move to the desert sun. This decision was a spontaneous one.

Cassandra has never looked back professionally since her move from snow to sand. Not only did the company that recruited her fulfill her fitness goals, it also opened more doors for new opportunities. In specific, her mentor’s staff had worked with Paul Rosenberg at REAL RESULTS Fitness. Soon, Cassandra was saying “yes” to her new role as a Coach at REAL RESULTS. Her one year Vegas anniversary is coming up in March 29th and she is in disbelief the time has crept up on her.

As a fitness professional for 17 years, Cassandra shares her experiences with clients. “I want my clients to have FAITH; faith that I, as their coach, trainer and friend, can provide a solid foundation for their fitness journey and their lives. It energizes and inspires me to see people overcome obstacles – mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically”

She continues, “Find not only one mentor, but a  number of mentors you can turn to for help and guidance. Find what works (mode of working out, time, days, etc) and then schedule it and treat it like a doctors appointment. Your health should never take a back seat to life. It should be an integral part of. Embrace whatever it is you are feeling in the moment and feel it to the fullest (get angry, get sad, be lazy…), and then let it go and move on. No pity parties, no dwelling on failure, the past, or what you can’t do. Every minute is a new minute. And finally, recruit someone along with you during your fitness journey. Accountability helps too.”

Trail running is something new that I have picked up here in Las Vegas. I’ve gone 4-5 times now and I remember thinking the 2nd time I went, “I’m hooked!” I’m just hoping if I grow a beard maybe I can be a part of the Beard Domination squad! – Cassandra McCarty
