Shisito peppers are generally sweet and mildly spicy which makes them a great snack.
- Shisito Peppers
- 2 Tbs. Light Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tbs. Lemon Zest
In a pan, heat light olive oil to medium-high. Blister Shisito peppers on hot pan until dark.
Plate and grate lemon zet on top.
