• 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  1. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper, and basil in a screw-top jar.
  2. Cover and shake.
