Paul RosenbergFounder / President / A.C.E. Certified Paul Rosenberg is the founder of Results Unlimited fitness, Inc., initial concept design for RealMeals™ food delivery service, and the creator of the realresults™ 12 week eating program. “Fitness and health have been my passion since the age of 15. I soaked up all that I could about training!” realresults™ professional trainer Paul Rosenberg began his career training at the Las Vegas training studio… “Judy Gillette’s One on One.” Finding that people enjoyed his training methods and his stern yet caring persona, he chose to start Results Unlimited Fitness and began training his personal clients at Gold’s gym for approximately 1 year. In 1992 I was at Family Fitness Center for a year until I finally settled comfortably into the Las Vegas Athletic Clubs to the present. Additionally, Paul trains at the exclusive “Stirling Club” located in Turnberry high rise towers. “I like the variety of different training locations; this enables me to serve multiple income levels. I believe that all sectors of society should reap the benefits of personal training.” He is certified through the American Council of Exercise since 1995. He had previous experience selling treadmills and exercise equipment at “Fun and Fitness and “Exercise equipment of Nevada.” His work interests lie in functional training, Plyometrics, components of bodybuilding, Parkour, gymnastic movements, and core conditioning. Recently he competed in his first 5k race. “I prefer to use many different training modalities. This alleviates boredom, prevents injury, and provides a creative and stimulating outlet. I have personally trained well over 800 clients in this span of 17 years…I love working closely with people to help them transform their bodies and change their lives.” Paul is currently working on an exercise manual to make available to the general public and for other trainers to utilize for their own clientele. |

Denny SilvaN.E.S.T.A. Certified realresults™ professional trainer Denny Silva — an avid body boarder, runner and triathlete — takes his own health and fitness seriously. And he expects the same from his clients.
“I enjoy seeing my clients step up to the next level of fitness,” Denny says. “My job is to provide the knowledge and motivation that enables them to do so.” Denny’s style of training focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and athletic competition. In particular, he offers a strong knowledge of proper nutrition to meet a variety of training needs. “Whether you’re trying to bulk up or slim down,” he says, “I can apply the realresults fitness and meal program to help you obtain your goals.” Denny began his relationship with Paul Rosenberg of realresults as a client. “I was starting to compete in races and triathlons. I’d seen Paul training clients in the gym, and I was immediately interested.” He continues, “I was impressed by the comprehensiveness of the realresults program. After seeing the program’s benefits for myself, I was an enthusiastic supporter.” It wasn’t long before Denny asked to become a member of the realresults team. Denny is certified by NESTA (the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association). A native of Venezuela, Denny is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Nancy Dickinson
Growing up in sunny Southern California and mountainous Santa Fe, New Mexico, fostered Nancy Dickinson’s love of the outdoors. “They’re ideal for the sports enthusiast,” she says. “I competed in everything from traditional team sports to mountain and road bike racing to snowboarding.” The realresults™ professional trainer found her vocation in helping others experience such activities, particularly water sports. “At one point, competitive swimming ruled my world,” Nancy says. “I achieved times that got me to the Olympic trials. But I soon learned that my natural role was that of teacher.” Nancy has earned multiple fitness and safety certifications, including two from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also a certified aquatic fitness instructor and a Red Cross Lifeguard Training Instructor and Water Safety Instructor. If that weren’t enough, she also teaches mothers-to-be prenatal fitness. “Going beyond our assumed physical limits helps us to fall in love with our bodies and ourselves,” Nancy says. “I hope that I can provide for my clients a beautiful balance between hard work and joy in movement, whether to strengthen or rehabilitate.” |

Linzie Sawyer
“Tough love” may be exactly what the average fitness client needs to succeed. If so, say hello to realresults™ professional trainer Linzie Sawyer. “My training style is intense,” she says. “I know what it feels like to physically change your body. The realresults program is a fun and motivating way to get you there.” Linzie, who grew up in the heart of the Midwest, has been a nationally ranked power tumbler, gymnast and competitive cheerleader. Today she teaches group fitness classes such as step, kickboxing and boot camp as well as circuit weight training. “I’ve known from age nine that I’ve wanted to be a personal trainer. But I never imagined how rewarding it would be to see my clients not only achieve their goals in the gym, but also thrive in the real world.” She explains, “To me, fitness is more than just looking good on the outside. It’s being able, internally, to operate at your best.” Linzie received her B.A. in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa and is certified by ISSA (the International Sports Sciences Association). |

Chris RaznickOur newest realresults™ professional trainer offers a wealth of experience to his clients. Chris Raznick, who is nationally recognized as a trainer certified through the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), helps people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. Chris was born in Augsburg, Germany, in 1970 and grew up in Omaha. He started his career at the age of 25. After more than 13 years as a professional trainer, he’s an expert at working with clients in both one-on-one and group environments. Chris continually adds to his knowledge of fitness training methods and keeps up-to-date on the latest developments in exercise science. |

Cyndee PlatkoCyndee Platko, our newest realresultsª professional trainer, has a passion for fitness that has spurred her to become a top amateur triathlete and marathon runner. She’s excelled in triathlons of all distances, from sprints to Ironman¨ races. “It’s important to set goals for yourself. That’s how I live my life,” says Cyndee, a Las Vegas native who recently returned here after living on the East Coast. Her latest personal challenges: completing a 50-mile run and racing in her first 10k swim in 2009. In addition to competing at a national level, Cyndee has over 15 years of experience in the health and nutrition field. She’s certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and by USA Triathlon, the sport’s official governing body in the U.S. She’s also a masters-level swim coach and Spinning instructor. “There are a lot of choices when it comes to finding a professional trainer or coach,” Cyndee says. “Whether you’re looking to trim off some inches, gain muscle, or get ready to compete in triathlons or marathons, I can design a program to meet your specific goals.” |

Amy GlowniakA self-guided fitness program, regular solo visits to the Las Vegas Athletic Club and a lot of determination helped Amy Glowniak get into better shape. After a year, the Ohio native knew that she needed to consult with a trainer to reach the next level. Make that several levels. Amy didn’t just commit to being more fit Ð she chose to enter her first women’s figure competition. “Ignorance was bliss!” she now says of her decision. But setting such a high goal motivated and challenged her. After that competition, she had found her passion. Now a realresults professional trainer, Amy applies her energy and positivity to help her clients achieve their own fitness goals. “It’s exiting to see them gain confidence as they lose weight and improve their physical conditioning,” she says. “The realresults program really works.” Amy is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA) and specializes in circuit training. |

Tiffany RobinsonRealResults™ professional trainer Tiffany Robinson had always been active. Cheerleading, dance, weight training — this Reston, Virginia, native constantly worked to push herself to reach that next level. That changed after Tiffany moved to Las Vegas in (year). Overweight and unhappy, she became determined to turn over a new leaf. She changed her eating habits and began working out regularly again. Tiffany also studied Muay Thai, or Thai kickboxing. Not only did her excess weight begin to come off, but she also found relief from her everyday stress. Tiffany had found her passion. Today she both leads a more healthful lifestyle herself and inspires others to do the same. A personal trainer certified through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.), Tiffany helps her clients achieve their fitness goals through one-on-one, boot camp, and circuit training. “It isn’t easy,” she admits. “But the outcome is worth every drop of sweat!” |
