Are you ready to take your cardiovascular training to the next level?

Are you itching for a new goal, looking for a running/walking partner, ready for a breath of fresh air?
We have the perfect solution – the Rockin Runners marathon and half marathon training program. Rockin Runners is a preferred training program for the 2010
Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon and
Half Marathon.
With one long run each week (Saturday or Sunday) and two short runs during the week, the Rockin Runners is a perfect complement to the Real Results Fitness program. In case you’ve forgotten, one of the four rules of fitness is to increase VO2Max. And, one of the fastest ways to increase VO2Max thereby reaching your fitness goals faster is to train for an endurance run. Plus, you’ll have a blast along the way!
Each week Rockin Runners holds a brief running workshop before their run. Real Results Fitness members are invited to come down and run for free with the group. Rockin Runners meet either Saturday or Sunday at 5:30am at the Athlete’s Foot (4712 W. Sahara at Decatur). Please contact James at 565 5500 for details on meeting times for Henderson location.
