This is short version of the stretching program that is offered in the Real Results 12 week Eating Plan manual. Feel free to pass along to a friend!
Make a commitment to stretch every time after you do your cardiovascular exercise. Schedule at least 10-15 minutes to go through the whole stretching program shown in the quick reference guide.
