Last night I had the wonderful experience of being a judge for the Fitness America contest. It was held at the Golden Nugget Downtown. I had no idea what to expect being a first time judge nor had I even planned on being there. What a great time it turned out to be. I had a close up view of some of the most athletic women I have ever seen. The performances were full of demanding acrobatic moves and the girls were in top condition. I can only imagine how many hours of training were put into their routines.
