Welcome to the highly anticipated Real Results Wellness Program for Disease Prevention.

(This program is undergoing some minor adjustments, thank you for your patience.)

Under the careful guidance of Robert Kaplan D.O., together we have crafted a program to optimize your progression towards greater overall health outside the gym.

A series of Medical tests and various Blood Panels are available to you from the Doctor to analyze proper treatment protocols for either Pharmaceutical grade Nutraceuticals or Prescriptive treatments.

The Process:

1) Staff receives call to book appointment for RealResults client.
2) Potential patient identifies themselves as a RealResults client.
3) Patient books appointment for either Level 1 program or Level 2 program

If a patient is unclear about the service and would like an appointment with Dr. Robert Kaplan there will be a $85.00 consultation fee.

Patient is advised by staff to open his/her schedule for:

  • Level 1/minimum of 2-3 hours (This also includes a follow up visit)
  • Level 2/minimum of 2 hours for Day 1 and 2 hours for Day 2

Doctor will then determine if patient has medical issues that need immediate attention and if patient needs prescribed Pharmaceutical grade Nutraceuticals.

If patient has no pending medical needs, their needs will be met by a Real Results trainer for a “Lifestyle Program.”

Lifestyle Program:

  • Preliminary Fitness Setup (12 week Eating Program and Fitness Evaluation/review
  • Ongoing 3x weekly Circuit Training Group sessions with Personal Trainer
  • Prescription Pharmaceutical grade Nutracueticals

Immediately following initial visit with the Doctor, patient will book follow up appointment. Preferred for a patient with “minor issues” would be a re exam in three months. A patient with significant medical issues will book monthly appointments for follow up examination. When patient becomes stable, then follow up appointments are booked every 2-3 months. If and when patient becomes very stable, book follow up appointments twice annually.  Patient may begin “Lifestyle Program that is appropriate as determined by their evaluation from the doctor.

Special Instructions:

  • Ideal would be for paper work to be distributed to new patient via internet/email in a PDF format prior to scheduled appointment. (In Process)
  • RealResults patients are to receive “Priority Status.”
  • Appointments for RealResults patients booked ideally at 8am or 1pm time slots Monday thru Thursday.
