Proper nutrition is key to the RealResults program. And we’ve made eating better easy, with RealMeals™ — prepackaged entrees that follow our fitness program’s nutritional guidelines.
Each Real Meals menu selection provides just the right servings of tasty foods like chicken, fish, brown rice and vegetables. With no added sugar, additives or preservatives, and with little or no sodium.
Meals are measured into portion size to regulate caloric intake. Meals also come individually vacuum sealed and will generally last in the fridge for up to a week and half. Delivery to anywhere in town for $15.00, or you may pick the meals up at La Scala for no extra charge.
