Hello and thanks for visiting our website.  If you are a FOX 5 viewer, a client old or new, or just stopping by and don’t have a copy of the Quick Reference Guide to stretching….here is free copy.  This is short version of the stretching program that is offered in the Real Results 12 week Eating Plan manual.  Feel free to pass along to a friend!

Make a commitment to stretch every time after you do your cardiovascular exercise.  Schedule at least 10-15 minutes to go through the whole stretching program shown in the quick reference guide.  Stretching will help prevent injury, aid in muscle recovery from exercise, enable you to exercise at greater intensities and help relieve muscle soreness.
