Within one week of beginning the program we will meet for a half hour to begin a 12 week eating program. This eating program, if followed with a 100% commitment from you, has an expected weight loss of up to 25 pounds. You will receive a copy of the Real Results 12 Week Eating Plan Binder of which you will keep a log of all the food you eat on a daily basis. You will be provided a recipe guide (see example photos below) geared towards preparing meals in advance to teach time management skills and help ensure your success.
The 12 Week Meal Plan Binder…Your Tool to Succeed!
You are instructed to bring the Meal Plan Binder to every session with your trainer of which your binder is carefully scrutinized to ensure adherence. You will be educated on proper food selection, variety, best time of day to consume meals, and amounts. You will be given a weekly schedule to follow that includes all of your responsibilities regarding the 5 steps process. This reiterates the value of proper time management skills for strengthening program adherence and progression. Additionally, you will be advised to set very specific goals and follow a Daily Calendar.
