You will be instructed through a comprehensive stretching routine for all the major muscle groups of the body and you will also receive a detailed stretching packet to guide you through different areas of muscle groups. Some of the stretches are demonstrated below.
Upper Body Stretching: Neck / Shoulder / Chest


Upper & Mid-Section Stretching: Crossover / Shoulder / Side / Tricep

Lower Body Stretching: Hamstring / Calf / Quad / Hip
