Step 2: Cardiovascular Design

By monitoring your heart rate, a progressive cardiovascular program is designed that you will adhere to for a given number of days and minutes per week. After every 8 week evaluation your cardiovascular program is then revised and updated to help ensure continual results.  Your program is designed to reduce body fat and improve energy by increasing your cardiovascular conditioning.
