On the very first session and every 8 weeks thereafter, you are given a fitness evaluation to determine your overall condition, measure progress, and to put positive pressure on you to accomplish your goals. The results obtained from the tests provide me with valuable information to design and implement a program that is specifically catered to help you get the results you want.
