What are the benefits of Real Results Training?
With our “Unlimited Training”, you have the freedom and flexibility to train when you want, where you want, and as often as you want. If you want to train with two different trainers, go for it. The more you workout the more you will see results. If you miss a session you have endless opportunities to make it up. By offering an unlimited training plan you are allowed up to five or six days a week to guarantee you get in at least three sessions weekly. You decided to make the commitment to living a healthy lifestyle; we’re giving you all the tools to get there.
How much does it cost?
RealResults has always given you the most for your money. Now, with Unlimited Training, you can make your dollar go further. You’re not limited to three sessions a week. You can workout four times a week for our reasonable flat rate of $225.00 per month. Nowhere in Las Vegas will you find a rate this good for a program with proven track record for creating results. (See before and after section!)
*On a side note, for any returned checks there is a fee of $10.00

What is the weekly time commitment?
We know people have busy schedules so we make the workouts compact and intense; ensuring you the most out of your workouts. Sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week, but if you so choose, can stay with your trainer for up to an hour if you desire and if your schedule allows for it.
What do the workouts involve?
Each workout involves specific movements that target all of your major muscle groups. Strength and resistance training are incorporated, so are core and functional exercises, and also cardiovascular training sequences to maximize your progress toward optimum fitness. You will become stronger while increasing your cardiovascular endurance at the same time. A comprehensive stretching program is also provided to maximize injury prevention and aid in progress.

You can train at any of the Las Vegas Athletic Clubs (LVAC) in Las Vegas. Click here for maps and locations.
What is the ‘Fitness Evaluation’?
Before you begin your program you can undergo a complete Fitness Evaluation to determine where you’re at now in order to establish a progressive cardiovascular program and track results. This comprehensive evaluation includes testing in: body composition, circumference measurements, timed pushups, timed sit-ups, sit and reach, core strength, cardiovascular capacity and an in-depth nutrition plan designed specifically for your particular needs which will determine your meal intake, volume, and choices.
And to keep you accountable you will be put through this testing procedure every eight weeks. Think of it as little goal building up to your ultimate goal and then onto lifestyle maintenance. By undergoing a fitness evaluation every eight weeks you are able to actually see the progress you’ve made. It also allows us to see what areas you are excelling in as well as those areas that need more work.
Do I have to do the before & after photos?
Before & after photos are not required but strongly encouraged. Those who have gone through the program and did not take photos have always regretted it at the end. It’s amazing to see your body transform itself. Plus, they keep you extremely motivated and highly accountable. Nothing in the entire program seems to put this much pressure on you to succeed as do the photos.
Do I have to be a member of LVAC in order to train with RealResults?
In order to train with RealResults you must become a member of LVAC. The cost is low (generally around $20/month) and grants you access to some of the finest facilities in the southwest. Their state-of-the-art equipment will ensure you get the most from your workouts. Day care is also available at all locations. Steam and Sauna, complete locker room facilities as well as roving security for the well lit parking lot. Real Results does train privately as well at clients homes, Panorama Towers, and the Stirling Club in Turnberry Place.
I haven’t worked out for years; will I be able to handle the workouts?
Yes! We designed our program to meet the needs of individuals at every age and fitness level. You will be pushed in a positive, results-generating way. Do not worry if you are out of shape; that is the reason you came to us in the first place. Just show up with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. It is very valuable for you to acknowledge why you want to acquire a trainer in the first place…you need help to get you to do two things. Become consistent and make progress. Having us in your corner is our job; we aim to ensure your success.

hello my name is jennifer and i signed up for a triathalon in september. im only doin the running and the swimmming part but i need some help with the training. i dont have a membership anywhere but i have a nice gym and pool at my house. I was reading that cindy has been in a few herself, which i was wondering how much would it be to have the personal training at my house? if you can send me that information that would be great thank u!
