As a longtime runner (and sometime dieter) I knew in a general way what it took to get fit — I’d done it before, going from about 180 lbs. down to 140 after college. But that’s not the same thing as making it happen.
When I met Paul, I’d already trimmed down from another peak of 180 lbs. to a healthier 160. But there I got stuck — the pounds weren’t coming off like they had when I was in my 20s. Paul’s training and comprehensive program gave me the structure and discipline I needed to reach my fitness goals. I’m proud to say that, at age 46, I’m in the best overall shape of my life.
