At 36 I had never stepped foot in a gym. Matter of fact I hadn’t exercised since high school. The most exercise I get is with my job doing pest control in and out of the heat all day. My diet consisted of hot dogs, beer, soda, hamburgers and sub sandwiches. I needed a spark.
One day about three months ago a client of Paul Rosenberg’s recommended I give Paul a call. My diet now consists of Proteins like chicken and salmon, Carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, broccoli, salads, and cauliflower. I run 3 times a week and meet Paul for 3 half hours of circuit training weekly.
