I was a cardio Queen, in the gym 4 to 5 times a week doing group classes and weight training. But I didn’t see the results I wanted (smaller waist and thighs.) Kris McMillian introduced me to her trainer Paul Rosenberg of Results Unlimited. I thought all I needed was more cardio, but that was only the half of it. Paul put me on a diet consisting of 4 to 5 small meals a day which included lean proteins, low glycemic carbs, and a lot of vegetables. I knew I had to change my whole lifestyle. I wrote in a journal everyday about every exercise I did and every piece of food I ate. We went over the log weekly and I was held accountable for my actions and praised for my accomplishments. After four months of training I went from weighting 131 lbs. to weighting 115 lbs., and I saw all my whole body shrink. I still can’t believe the results when I look in the mirror. I still live the same lifestyle to maintain and improve on what I have accomplished and now I plan to compete in a Figure competition.
