This plan works!! And the results were noticeable quickly so it was easy to stay motivated. The plan is comprehensive and easy to follow – you just have to commit to the process. I remember getting my “before” picture in the mail and I couldn’t believe that really looked like that.
Those pictures made it easy to get out of bed in the morning to do my workouts. My biggest struggle was getting over my addiction to processed carbs. But reporting everything I ate in my diary and having my trainer hold me accountable, made me not want to cheat. I love how I look now and know that I won’t let myself get back into the bad habits that led me to that “before” picture.
